Qualifications

Current licensure from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred; BSN required.
Experience leading Cardiac Catheterization, EP, IR procedural services.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality management principles.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic, clinical, operational and financial leadership for CCL, EP Lab and IR nursing services.
Lead staff development, performance management and budget adherence.
Collaborate with physicians and leadership to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.
Oversee credentialing, compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
Develop education materials and lead interdepartmental quality and safety efforts.
Partner with Director to monitor units' budget and variances.
