This ICU Nurse Manager role leads a high-performing ICU team in a nationally recognized hospital in Southern California. You will drive operational excellence, staffing optimization, and a culture of safety and evidence-based care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • Current California RN license.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • ICU nursing experience required.
  • Leadership experience as a manager, supervisor, or charge nurse.
  • BSN preferred.
