Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota.
• BLS certification or obtained within 6 months.
• Two years of RN leadership or management experience.
• Two years of RN experience in Acute Care, preferably in inpatient rehab.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations of defined areas of nursing services and provide clinical and administrative leadership.
• Serve as a link between nursing personnel and other healthcare disciplines.
• Implement the vision, mission, and standards of the organization in nursing services.
• Support, facilitate, and operationalize North Memorial’s leadership and core values.
