The role requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certifications, and prior leadership experience in an acute care setting. This full-time position supports the ministry's mission and requires weekend commitments as needed.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 1+ year charge nurse or relevant leadership experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy treatments.
• Assess patients to determine venous access methods and address complications.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access and infusion therapy.
• Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
