Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced nursing leader to drive best-practice models and patient care delivery across multiple locations. You will oversee staffing, resource use, safety, and compliance while guiding clinical decisions and supervising staff.

With strong leadership and communication skills, you will partner with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality, safe care across the continuum and prepare for regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and California RN license at hire.
• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates and advocates for developmental opportunities; builds cross-functional relationships.
• Oversees care delivery operations and multi-site program alignment; ensures safety and quality.
• Drives performance improvement and succession planning across teams.
• Ensures compliance with Nursing Practice Act, TJC, and regulatory standards.
• Leads disaster preparedness and budget/control activities for departments.
