Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in patient care delivery.
• BSN and minimum five years in business operations, clinical health care, or related field.
• Minimum four years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Creates and advocates for developmental opportunities for others; builds collaborative, cross-functional relationships.
• Manages designated units or teams by translating business plans into tactical action items and ensuring policies are followed.
• Manages hospital administrative functions to support patient care, including budget, payroll, HR, safety, and quality.
• Oversees care delivery operations and programs within a 24/7 environment, aligning patient care with cost, quality, and utilization standards.
• Leads improvements to operations and technology processes, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Ensures safe, high-quality, standardized care delivery and regulatory compliance across the continuum.
