The Nurse Manager oversees daily clinical operations, including staffing, workflow, and resource allocation, and provides direct supervision and support to nursing and ancillary staff. He/She is accountable for staff performance management, professional development, and fostering a collaborative, positive work environment.This position plays a key role in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and performance monitoring by analyzing clinical outcomes, addressing variances, and implementing evidence-based practices.
