BAYADA Home Health Care in Livingston, NJ is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to lead our Assistive Care team. In this leadership role you will ensure high‑quality home care, mentor caregivers and field staff, and partner with families to deliver tailored services.

The position offers a salary of $90,000–$100,000 a year plus quarterly incentives, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare or a service‑based setting.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of caregivers, including HHAs, CNAs, and field staff.
• Oversee client services from onboarding through ongoing care delivery and service follow‑up.
• Support care plan development and ensure services align with client needs.
• Conduct supervisory visits, client assessments, and routine service check‑ins.
• Partner with families, referral sources, and internal teams to deliver high client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, state regulations, and documentation standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement efforts.
• Model The BAYADA Way and build a mission‑driven, team‑oriented culture.
• Serve as a clinical resource for caregivers and office partners.

What you bring Required

• Active New Jersey RN license
• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare or a service‑based setting

Strong organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Preferred

• Experience in home care, assistive care, or personal care services
• Knowledge of private pay home care
• Experience managing caregivers or scheduling in a fast‑paced environment

Experience as an RN in community‑based care, home care, or client service environments
