Job summary

VitalCore Health Strategies in Janesville, Wisconsin is seeking a Health Services Administrator / Registered Nurse Manager to lead the on-site health services department, ensure contract compliance, and build positive client relationships with administration and nursing staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, is a licensed RN in the state, and has at least two years of healthcare management experience; security clearance is required and correctional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Minimum of two years of management experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the healthcare delivery system and coordinate with facility functions.
• Manage the site budget and financial reporting to supervisor/c corporate office.
• Develop and supervise the facility operational plan.
• Direct the activities of the assigned staff and actively recruit new personnel.
• Coordinate interviews with key staff (Director of Nursing) and departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security policies and applicable standards (ACA/NCCHC).
