Job summary

This full-time, day-shift role requires California RN license, BLS, and clinical leadership experience; preferred are a BSN, unit-based certification, and prior management experience to drive staffing, budgeting and performance improvement.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and manage nursing care for a designated patient population.
• Oversee 24-hour operation of the patient care unit.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

Nurse Manager - Float Pool position located at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Full Time, 8-hour Day shifts.

Required qualifications:
