Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Float Pool. This full-time, 8-hour day-shift leadership role guides nursing care for a designated patient population and oversees a 24-hour unit operation.

The candidate must hold a California RN license and BLS certification, demonstrate at least 2 years of clinical experience (plus 2 years of management preferred), and possess computer skills.

Qualifications

• Requires California Registered Nurse license and BLS.
• Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience; 2 years management preferred.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and manage nursing care for a designated patient population.
• Oversee 24-hour operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership and staffing.
• Ensure fiscal management, staffing, planning, organizing and controlling of the unit.

Nurse Manager - Float Pool position located at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Full Time, 8-hour Day shifts.

Provides an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care. Responsible for planning, directing and managing the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population. Oversees the 24-hour operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership, overall fiscal management, staffing, planning, organizing and controlling.

Required qualifications:

• Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 2 years Recent clinical experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Upon hire: Specialty certificate based on unit.
• 2 years Management experience.
