Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a BSN, MSN preferred, and at least 3 years in clinical practice plus 2 years in leadership, with strong communication and team-building skills.

Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical practice.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate departmental activities 24/7.
