Job summary

Temple Health Episcopal Campus is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Emergency Department to direct nursing care on the unit and uphold standards of service excellence.

You will develop evidence-based policies, oversee staffing and budget, and guide staff through education, performance improvement, and HR management. National certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing is required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field is preferred.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree is required.
• 5 years experience as a RN in a clinical specialty area is required.
• 1 year experience in a clinical leadership role is preferred.
• Basic Life Support is required.
• PA Registered Nurse License is required.
• Multi State Compact RN License is required.
