Job summary

Diversity Group is seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee clinical nursing care, supervise staff, and coordinate patient education and self-management across the care continuum. The role requires oversight of the nursing process, adherence to high standards, and leadership in coordinating interdisciplinary teams.

The Nurse Manager will ensure regulatory compliance, contribute to care models, and support quality improvement initiatives within a VA primary/acute care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
• Licensed RN in state of practice (or eligible via bridge program)
• Leadership experience in clinical settings preferred
• Knowledge of VA qualification standards and regulatory requirements
• Experience in primary care outpatient clinic within past 3 years and 5 years of med-surg management experience

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical expert and oversee all elements of nursing process
• Coordinate care delivery focused on education, self-management, and patient satisfaction
• Lead and supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with standards
• Engage in professional development and quality improvement initiatives
