You will develop strategic and operational plans, oversee staff development, and manage environmental, human resources, and fiscal operations to ensure quality care and compliant practice.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing
• RN license in MN or WI/MN border registry
• 3 years acute care RN experience with 2+ years in leadership
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly
