Job summary

TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, OH seeks a Nurse Manager I for CVOR to lead daily operations of Cardiovascular Surgical Services. You will ensure safe, high‑quality patient care while driving operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years CVOR clinical or leadership experience, strong team leadership, strategic planning, and staff development, with a Bachelor’s in Nursing and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CVOR clinical and/or leadership experience.
• Leadership and staff development skills.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification.

Full Time Day Shift - TriHealth Bethesda North Hospital

Location

10500 Montgomery Rd, Montgomery, OH 45242

Work Schedule

• Full Time Days, M-F
• Hours of 7:00am - 3:30pm but will need to remain flexible to fit needs of the department
• No weekends/holidays but will have 24 hour call responsibilities
