Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• At least 1 year RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and assign staff with appropriate competencies.
• Lead to deliver an exceptional patient experience and positive interactions.
• Inspire commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
• Represent the organization in community events and in-services.
• Manage staff scheduling and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
