Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking a Nurse Manager CV IMU to oversee daily operations of the unit, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead a skilled nursing team. You will supervise staffing, uphold policies, and drive outcomes aligned with the facility’s objectives.

The role requires an RN, a Bachelor’s degree, BLS, and at least 1 year in acute care, with leadership experience seen as a plus. Join a facility known for its scale, trauma capabilities, and community impact.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and eligible to practice in Texas.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association/Red Cross).
• At least 1 year RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Leadership experience is helpful.

Responsibilities
