Job summary

Middle Flint Health & Wellness seeks a Nurse Manager for the Crisis Stabilization Unit in Warner Robins, GA. The role oversees a 24-hour CSU, supervising about 30 staff and coordinating nursing and behavioral supports to stabilize individuals in acute crisis.

You will work with senior management to update policies, manage staffing, scheduling, training, payroll, and ensure compliance with DBHDD and CARF regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing from accredited institution preferred or Associate’s degree in nursing from accredited institution with two or more years in a Managerial/Supervisory leadership role.
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in state of Georgia.
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia Driver’s License.
• Current AHA CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise approximately 30 employees in the 24-hour Crisis Stabilization Unit.
• Collaborate with senior management to amend and implement updated policies and procedures in accord with DBHDD and CARF regulations.
• Maintain staffing, scheduling, training, certification, and payroll for all CSU employees.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and student clinical rotations.
• Promote organizational goals and communicate with stakeholders and Senior Management Team.
