U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) seeks a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager to supervise nursing services at ICE facilities, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and standards.

The role acts as a nursing advisor and coordinates staff performance and quality assurance to maintain high patient care levels. Requirements include RN licensure and 5+ years of clinical experience; personnel supervision experience; willingness to serve as acting NM and meet federal program requirements

Qualifications

• RN licensure (nursing) required.
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in supervision/administration of nursing staff.
• CPR/BLS certification maintained.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• US citizenship or eligibility for federal employment and background clearance.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate nursing services across facility units.
• Ensure nursing practice complies with national/state/local laws and regulations.
• Oversee quality assurance, patient care standards, and performance evaluations.
• Act as nursing advisor to facility administrators and IHSC leadership.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Identify and resolve nursing process gaps and safety issues.
