Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure and active license required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Administrative/supervisory experience preferred.
• Maintains CPR/BLS certification.
• Commitment to obtain CCHP-RN within 2 years and complete ICE Supervisory Leadership Training within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Understand nursing theories to improve efficiency and quality of care.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals to develop patient care plans.
• Evaluate nursing care outcomes and propose changes to leadership.
• Provide clinical advisory tasks and develop policy guidance for nursing reviews.
