Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Massachusetts by start date.
• 3–5 years inpatient nursing experience and 2 years case management.
• CCM or related certification preferred within 24 months.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit management with nurse director and ensure quality care.
• Hire, evaluate, and discipline staff per policies and union contracts.
• Promote staff development and implement preceptor programs.
• Lead quality improvement and risk management projects and committees.
• Coordinate discharge planning to reduce LOS and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve hospital metrics and patient outcomes.
• Provide guidance on complex discharge planning for high‑risk populations.
