Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license and registration.
• Experience in long-term care, acute care, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership, clinical confidence, and accountable decision‑making.
• Ability to balance compassion with accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing department and support residents, staff, visitors, and families.
• Ensure care meets company standards and regulatory expectations.
• Address residents' clinical needs with skill and urgency.
• Oversee wound care and wound management program.
• Communicate condition changes to physicians and update care docs.
• Participate in scheduling and resident rounds to ensure quality care.
• Support medication administration and nursing services per orders.
• Maintain accurate charting and timely documentation.
• Assist with resident evaluations to match care needs.
• Coordinate with Medical Director to align programs with resident needs.
