Boro Park Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle all supervisory duties for the assigned unit.
2. Establish and implement employee policies and procedures.
3. Mentor less experienced nurses by providing clinical and career advice.
4. Maintain standards of care within the unit.
5. Review resident records and monitor the quality of care.
6. Oversee overall care and review individual residents' cases.
7. Address questions or complaints from residents or their families.
8. Represent the unit's interests with upper management.

Requirements:

• Valid State RN License.
• 3 years of Long Term Care experience preferred.
• 2 years of Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
