Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Five years of clinical experience including two years in progressive management roles (Charge Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Administrator, or Assistant Nurse Manager).
• Current Texas nursing license or valid permit; certification in nursing specialty or administration preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations, HR, financial, and quality management for assigned units.
