The candidate will manage budgets, staffing, and quality initiatives, while promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and staff development. This position requires RN licensure with BLS/ACLS and acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Nursing is required.
• Master's of Nursing is preferred.
• RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS are required.
• 1+ acute care experience is required.
• 1+ years related experience is required.
• 2+ leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements policies, procedures, and process-improvement initiatives in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Promotes patient, family, staff, and physician satisfaction while aligning efforts with organizational business goals.
• Educates and mentors staff on clinical practice models and evidence-based practices.
• Leads performance- and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Oversees staffing, budgeting, and disciplinary processes; maintains appropriate staffing levels.
