Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to support the unit director in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating clinical and operational activities on assigned shifts. The ANM will lead clinical and non-clinical caregivers, provide coaching, and help ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements while promoting high-quality patient care.

Qualifications
