Qualifications

• Five years of related nursing leadership experience.
• Georgia RN license or Multistate Nursing License is required.
• Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing service operations and staffing on a patient care unit.
• Plan, assign, and review the work of nursing and support staff; supervise performance.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and nursing practice on the unit.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing on budget and fiscal requirements for the unit.
