Job summary

You will oversee performance on key quality measures, while maintaining fiscal responsibility for your unit. A registered nurse license in Georgia is required, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of college coursework.
• One year of related experience with working knowledge of standard practices and procedures.
• Georgia Registered Nurse License or Multistate Nursing License.
• Supervisory experience and certification preferred.
• CPR must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of specialty area, including direct daily supervision of staff working on assigned team.
• Coordinates case planning, patient flow and implementation of processes.
• Responsible for team success on identified quality measures and fiscal responsibility for the unit.
