Job summary

The role partners with physicians and care teams to implement best-practice models and deliver safe, high‑quality patient care.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive performance improvements, manage budgets and staffing, and mentor staff to meet clinical and regulatory standards including Joint Commission requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; minimum three years of experience in patient care delivery and three years in business operations, or related field.
• Two years of leadership experience with or without direct reports; nursing leadership pathway preferred.
• RN license valid in Georgia and BLS/ACLS certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides developmental opportunities for staff; builds collaborative relationships and coaches performance.
• Translates business plans into actionable items; ensures policies and procedures are followed and resources allocated.
• Oversees hospital administrative functions supporting patient care, including budgeting, payroll, and performance reporting.
• Manages 24/7 care delivery operations with accountability for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Drives improvements to operations and technology processes, linking goals to strategic department initiatives.
• Ensures safe, standardized care delivery and adherence to Nursing Practice Act, TJC, and regulatory standards.
