Job summary

St. Charles Health System in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Nurse Manager of Care Coordination to lead daily operations, staffing, onboarding, and education for the department. You will drive quality, safety, and cost-effective patient care while partnering with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a BSN or related degree, an Oregon RN license, and at least five years of acute care experience with a minimum of one year in leadership. Master’s preferred; BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active Oregon RN license.
• BSN or related bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of acute care nursing and at least one year in leadership.
• Knowledge of quality improvement and patient care standards.
• Ability to travel for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Care Coordination unit.
• Staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and education of staff.
• Monitor budget and ensure financial targets are met.
• Promote evidence-based practice and Lean continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop direct reports; ensure compliance and safety.
