The Nurse Manager will develop strategic goals, oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and coach staff to deliver evidence-based practice while partnering across departments

Qualifications

• Scope of Position: Lead a team of health care providers to ensure patient-centered care and manage costs.
• Position Summary: Oversees patient care operations on a 24-hour basis and develops unit goals.
• Required Qualifications: BSN; Ohio RN license; 3 years RN experience; 2 years management; nursing admin certification or within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversees plans, organizes, manages and evaluates patient care operations for a designated area on a 24-hour basis.
• Promotes collaboration with other patient care departments and plans unit budget and cost saving initiatives.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement in patient care and organizational processes.
