Job summary

Mount Auburn Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Cardiac Procedural Services team, with expertise in Cardiac Catheterization, Electrophysiology, Interventional Radiology, and Critical Care.

You will partner with physicians and nursing leaders to drive clinical excellence, patient safety, and staff development in a collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN licensure.
• BSN required.
• 3-5 years of progressive nursing experience in Cardiac Catheterization, Electrophysiology, Interventional Radiology, Critical Care or related procedural services.
• Proficiency with EPIC or comparable electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Cardiac Procedural Services.
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain top clinical talent.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.
• Oversee staffing, productivity, quality metrics, regulatory compliance, and departmental operations.
• Support evidence-based practice, nursing research, and professional development initiatives.
• Lead quality improvement efforts and drive achievement of departmental and organizational goals.
• Manage department budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, DPH, Board of Registration in Nursing, and other regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for patients, families, and staff.
