HealthRIGHT 360’s MLK BHC program seeks a Nurse Manager to lead nursing services on the Martin Luther King Jr. Behavioral Health Center campus in South Los Angeles.

You will oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a collaborative care model with medical, mental health, and substance use teams. The role requires a California RN license, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and strong experience in supervision within behavioral health settings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Active California RN licensure.
• Valid BLS certification.
• Valid California Driver’s License and access to registered and insured transportation.
• Seven years nursing experience; three years supervisory in a behavioral or mental health clinic or community health center.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight of nursing services.
• Ensure that clinical activities align with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with medical, mental health, and substance abuse staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Coordinate timely documentation and chart reviews.
• Coordinate pharmacy services and manage medication oversight.
• Provide medication education consultations and crisis management.
• Lead team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement policies related to health and wellness.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent

Active California Registered Nurse licensure

Valid BLS certification

Valid California Driver’s License and access to registered and insured transportation

Seven years’ nursing experience

Three years’ supervisor experience in behavioral/mental health

Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred
