Dublin Springs is a 72-bed behavioral health hospital in Dublin, OH, part of Lifepoint Health. We are seeking a Registered Nurse Manager to support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality psychiatric and general nursing care.

This role focuses on staffing, policy development, and collaboration with medical staff and administration. It requires leadership, critical thinking, the ability to work under pressure, and CPR and de-escalation certifications within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• 1-year experience in a psychiatric health care facility preferred.
• CPR certification is required within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.
• De-escalation certification required within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in implementing and directing all nursing services.
• Collaborate with medical staff, administration, nursing staff and other departments to achieve hospital goals.
• Plan, organize and direct delivery of general and psychiatric nursing care.
• Staffing, training and development; revision of nursing policies and procedures.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for the nursing department; minimize overtime and agency use.
• Review job assignments and staffing to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Analyze inpatient program data to identify trends.
• Collaborate with DON and People Services for staff recruitment and retention.
