The role focuses on leading outpatient ECT nursing operations, coordinating care, and ensuring patient safety and quality.

You will supervise nursing staff, mentor clinicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• ECT or procedural nursing experience required.
• Behavioral health leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Ability to supervise and mentor nursing staff.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher preferred.
