• Be the clinical resource and provide care delivery expertise.
• Manage staff activities and coordinate care between departments.
• Supervise recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff.
• Identify educational needs and develop training programs.
• Assist with development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Prepare management reports on program status and quality initiatives.
• Perform administrative tasks such as budgeting and expenditures.
• Provide direct patient care as needed.
