Job summary

The RN Manager will oversee MHTs/MHT IIs, drive hiring, performance evaluations and staff training, and participate in career development programs within UHS.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in assessment, evaluation, intervention and management in an inpatient setting preferred.
• Current RN licensure in North Carolina or compact state; BLS/CPI certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise nursing care for children, adolescents and adults.
• Manage staffing, hiring, performance evaluations and departmental training.
• Collaborate with Nursing Leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
