- Serve as an assistant with line authority to the Nurse Manager, providing leadership and supervision to nursing staff.
- Perform delegated duties including direct patient care, scheduling, evaluations, and performance improvement.
- Develop and manage collaborative partnerships with physicians and other clinicians.
- Support adherence to accreditation and regulatory standards.
