Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program approved by accrediting bodies.
• Current state license as a professional nurse in the United States.
• BSN preferred; leadership experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve under the Nurse Manager in leading nursing staff.
• Perform delegated duties including scheduling, evaluations, and performance improvement.
• Develop and manage collaborations with physicians and clinicians.
