Responsibilities

• Timely processing and review of inquiries/referral calls.
• Review incoming referrals for admission criteria.
• Thorough documentation of calls and clinical information.
• Ensure required clinical documentation is received for admitted patients.
• Develop relationships with behavioral health management teams at other facilities.
• Receive nursing reports from sending facilities.
• Triage walk-in patients for assessment.
• Bed management with real-time availability and appropriate bed assignments.
• Data entry in appropriate systems.
• Verify benefits for incoming patients.
• Collaborate with on-site Holly Hill staff and referring hospitals.
