Job summary

Vision Innovation Partners is seeking a Nurse Manager for our Ambulatory Surgery Centers to support managed practices and deliver excellent vision care. The role emphasizes leadership, teaching, and clinical excellence in pre- and post-operative ambulatory settings.

You will guide nursing teams, maintain high standards of patient care, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while advancing a culture focused on Patient-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN license required.
• Clinical expertise in pre- and post-op ambulatory surgical nursing.
• Two years clinical nursing experience in OR/CC/ambulatory care.
• One year of supervisory level experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Participation in continuing education.
• Participation in professional ambulatory nursing societies.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains an environment that promotes and supports professional practice.
• Ensures approved standards of patient care and nursing practice in all areas providing nursing care.
• Oversees nursing and medical team operational processes.
• Serves as a role model in leadership abilities, teaching principles, management, and effective communication.
• Implements ongoing Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement processes.
