Job summary
Vision Innovation Partners (VIP) is seeking a Nurse Manager for our Ambulatory Surgery Centers in Colorado. The role focuses on leading nursing practice, ensuring patient care standards, and supporting teams to deliver high-quality vision care.
You will supervise clinical operations, uphold professional practice, participate in quality improvement, and mentor staff through teaching and communication. RN licensed, ambulatory surgery nursing experience, and 1 year supervisory leadership are
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Possess a valid Registered Nurse license.
- Demonstrates clinical expertise in pre- and post-op ambulatory surgical nursing.
Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains an environment that promotes and supports professional practice.
- Determines that approved standards of patient care and nursing practice are utilized in all areas providing nursing care.
- Nursing and medical team operational process
- Serves as a role model in leadership abilities, applications of principles of teaching, management, and effective communication.
