Summit Oaks Hospital, Inc. is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager for the TU2 - Rehab Unit in Summit, New Jersey. This role requires a dedicated individual to manage patient care and support nursing staff in delivering optimum care.

The position encompasses collaboration with medical personnel, overseeing staff, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong nursing background, preferably with psychiatric experience, and leadership skills to foster a positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of New Jersey as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of three years of hospital-based nursing experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in psychiatric nursing.
• Past experience should include supervision of staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care to ensure quality provided by nursing staff 24 hours.
• Collaborate with Medical Staff to meet service needs.
• Resolve patient complaints in accordance with regulations.
• Participate in hiring, promoting, and evaluation of staff.
