Responsibilities

• 30% Patient care: oversee nursing care, ensure nursing process is followed, document in medical records, guide continuous quality improvement.
• 30% Operations and personnel management: oversee budget, staffing plans, scheduling, and staff development.
• 15% Leadership: drive leadership activities, participate in governance, communicate with staff and executives.
• 15% Professional development: support staff training, encourage certifications, participate in education programs.
• 10% Research and evidence-based practice: promote EBPs, identify improvement opportunities, monitor goals.
