Qualifications

• BSN or enrolled to BSN within 12 months and complete within 36 months.
• Current Ohio RN license and department-specific certifications; BLS/ACLS within 90 days; specialty certifications within 36 months; de-escalation training within 6 months.
• Clinical experience in an acute care setting with leadership/management demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned care team to provide patient-focused care and improve outcomes.
• Oversee planning, organization, and evaluation of patient care operations for designated areas.
• Coach and evaluate staff performance and collaborate with other departments.
