Including clinic scheduling, daily monitoring, and flow management of patients* Manages staff, clinical orientations, education, competencies, quality improvement, staff meetings, and communication, as well as annual performance evaluations. Establishes, role-models, and upholds the standards of practice and expectations for the staff, monitoring performance, behaviors, and competency, and conducts performance reviews. Set objectives and goals for skill development of the clinical team.* Provide clinical oversight to clinical support staff.* Oversees clinical inventory ordering and monitoring.* May be required to provide case management for a specialized group of patients.* Consistently evaluates current clinical and operational processes and procedures and identifies and implements areas of improvement.* Oversees time and attendance for clinic staff.* Provision of clinical nursing care for patients when staffing requires nursing support.* Monitor patient and clinic flow and help to facilitate expedited service when required* Serves as the point of contact and communicates professionally with management, providers, patients, staff, external vendors, and campus partners.* Ensures and monitors staff participation in patient triage as part of the delivery care model to optimize the patient experience and outcomes.* Actively leads and encourages staff participation in continuous improvement efforts, DMAICs, and shared governance.
