Job summary

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for clients with eating disorders in a multidisciplinary team. You’ll perform assessments, administer medications, monitor medical and psychiatric status, and support clients through recovery in a safe environment.

You will collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and dietitians, contribute to care planning, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS preferred.
• Experience or training in behavioral health or eating disorder treatment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to clients with eating disorders, including assessments, vitals, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and other clinicians to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor medical and psychiatric status, documenting accurately in the EHR and communicating changes promptly.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety monitoring, and support for clients experiencing emotional distress.
• Educate clients and families on treatment goals, medication, recovery skills, and health maintenance.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality-improvement initiatives to support clinical excellence.
