Job summary

Oak Park Place is seeking a Nurse Manager for our Assisted Living Memory Care Community. You will oversee clinical care for all residents, ensure adherence to regulations, and lead the nursing team in planning, education, supervision, and evaluation of services.

You will ensure staff are properly trained and supported, with a focus on delivering compassionate, high-quality resident care in a memory care setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Director of Nursing experience preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• Oversight of the clinical care of all residents.
• Ensuring continued adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Management and oversight of all nursing staff.
• Providing planning, organization, education, supervision, and evaluation of all services provided in the facility.
• Ensuring that all department staff is properly trained to perform their required duties.

Director of Healthcare Qualifications:
