Arlington Regional Rehabilitation Hospital

is a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital serving Arlington and the greater Dallas-Fort Worth region. We provide specialized, intensive rehabilitation for patients recovering from serious illness, injury, surgery, and other complex medical conditions, with a focus on restoring function, independence, and quality of life.

Our interdisciplinary team combines physician-led care, rehabilitation nursing, advanced therapy services, and individualized treatment planning to help each patient achieve meaningful outcomes and successfully transition to the next level of care.

Arlington Regional Rehabilitation Hospital is CIHQ-accredited and disease-specific certified in Stroke Rehabilitation, Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation, Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation, Amputation Rehabilitation, and Wound Care, reflecting our commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and evidence-based rehabilitation practices.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Current, valid, and active state Registered Nurse license in the state of employment required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Two years relevant experience required.
• Three years’ experience in a hospital nurse supervisory or management position preferred.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Knowledge of and adherence to current nursing theory and practice, infection control, and wound care standards of practice.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards to ensure adherence to all standards set forth by state and accrediting agencies of TJC and CMS.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
